Job Description

Who You'll Work With

Joining Arista as part of the Sales Engineering team means becoming part of a group of industry experts and technical leaders. You will work closely with the Regional Engineering Manager, collaborating with skilled field engineers, product management, and software development teams to align solutions with client goals. Supported by our TAC, proof-of-concept resources, and executive team, you'll be positioned to lead and innovate.

What You'll Do

• Provide advanced technical support for Arista's Data Center and Campus networking deployments.
• Translate complex business requirements into network solutions.
• Advise customers on architecture, prerequisites, and features.
• Design and review customer network architectures and recommend deployments.
• Assist in deploying and operating Arista's solutions.
• Migrate or interconnect with vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Palo Alto.
• Support configuration build-outs, including DevOps frameworks.
• Lead proof-of-concept testing and validate designs.
• Coordinate with TAC, development teams, and customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and clients.
• Participate in training and events, providing ongoing support.
• Travel within the territory may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
• Network certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE, ACE).
• 5+ years in security or wireless networking, with 2+ years in sales or consulting.
• Experience as a Network Consulting Engineer or Advanced Systems Engineer.
• Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, VxLAN/EVPN, security, and related technologies.
• Knowledge in Data Center or Campus technologies, Cloud, Virtualization, Linux.
• DevOps skills for network automation are a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Local/Regional candidates only.

Additional Information

Salary range: $106,000 to $168,000, depending on location, experience, and skills. Benefits include health coverage, bonuses, and equity options. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
