Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before and after construction activities.
• Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance in tasks such as tile laying, glass installation, demolition and masonry work.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
• Collaborate with project manager and supervisor on various projects to ensure timely completion.
• Engage in hardscape projects, including the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Experience:

• Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
• Familiarity with tile laying, glass installation, masonry techniques, concrete forming, carpentry skills, roofing tasks, schematics interpretation, hardscape installation, or general building practices is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed throughout the workday.
