WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING A PROJECT MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM.

Professional degree in architecture, with five or more years of related project management experience. Fully competent in all conventional aspects of architecture. Responsible for project financial performance and team communication. Manage one or more projects through all phases until completion.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
  2. Assist in developing project scope, budget, and schedule
  3. Prepare strategic plans for project success
  4. Coordinate all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects
  5. Manage budget, schedule, project communications, and documentation
  6. Prepare, participate in, and/or lead client presentations
  7. Lead and guide project team members, including consultants, through all project phases
  8. Maintain client relationships
  9. Incorporate sustainable design solutions into projects
  10. Ensure work is organized, accurate, and legible

Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems
  • Advanced knowledge of sustainability and LEED guidelines
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
  • 5+ years of related experience in an architectural firm with project management experience across all project phases
  • Licensed Architect with current registration
