Job Purpose
The Temporary People Operations (POps) Coordinator will support the daily activities of the People Operations Department primarily providing general administrative support. This role also supports the POps team with event preparation and execution.
- Supports team with scanning and filing of documents as directed.
- Supports research, data collecting, and auditing efforts
- Supports maintenance of SharePoint site. This includes updating the POps SharePoint page with updated information, providing feedback and supporting the look and user friendliness of the page.
- Monitors and responds to specifically assigned communications. Ability to handle basic inquiries as instructed.
Other duties:
- Provides support for teammate engagement events, including setup, breakdown, announcements, and articles.
- Contributes to the Trust's success by accepting new assignments, helping team members, learning new skills, and striving to improve team and organization results.
- Performs other duties as needed and assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications.
- Excellent administrative and organization skills.

Mental and Physical Demands:
Perform light physical work, including climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and lifting weight of up to 25 pounds. Exposed to outdoor climate and diverse terrain.
