Role Overview

The primary purpose of this position is to manage and maintain a hydroponic farming system, ensuring its safe, efficient, and productive operation. This role also includes developing and implementing limited-scale aina and aquaponic farming practices. The position supports sustainable agriculture efforts through hands-on system oversight, basic infrastructure upkeep, and innovation in alternative food production methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management or agriculture, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in farming management
• 2 years of managerial experience required, preferably with youth or in a non-profit setting
• Experience with Hawaiian culture, language, and community strongly preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred

Salary: $55,000 - $58,000 annually
