Ventus Solutions is seeking a skilled Emergency Planner to support the trilateral defense alliance. This opportunity is ideal for a self-starting, detail-oriented, and technically proficient individual to be a key member of a small team supporting development of new nuclear submarine operations, training, and maintenance (including depot-level) capabilities.

The successful candidate will deliver technical assessments and analysis to provide innovative approaches to operate, train, and maintain/repair nuclear submarines. They will collaborate with Navy counselors, fleet personnel, and leadership, preparing reports and briefings, monitoring project schedules, and providing recommendations to ensure key milestones are achieved.

The work location is in Hawaii, with travel to Australia and Washington less than 10%.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
• Experience as a Chief Petty Officer or above
• Secret clearance

Desired Experience:

• Served submarine commanding officer
• Experience in a shipyard or with pre-construction of a submarine
• Staff service at the Group or TYCOM level
