Hallmark Aviation is seeking CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS to provide Exceptional service to our WORLD CLASS International Airlines at HNL Airport.

We are looking for individuals available for the PM Shift.

Job Duties

• Perform duties based on location and service demands while delivering high-quality service.
• Rotate through ticket counter, lobby, gate, customs, arrivals, and other airport areas.
• Interact constantly with passengers and crew.
• Operate jet bridge.
• Resolve flight issues to ensure on-time departures.
• Handle cash transactions, manifests, and labeling as needed.

• Ability to make quick, rational decisions.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Environmental Conditions

Involves continuous interaction with people and exposure to aircraft sounds.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Proficient in English; additional languages may be required.
• Basic math skills.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp, and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Read and understand instructions, policies, and procedures.
