Are you looking for a rewarding leadership role where you can make a difference in children's lives every day? Kama‘aina Kids, Hawai‘i's largest locally owned childcare provider, is looking for Site Coordinators to lead After-School Programs in Honolulu!
What You'll Do:
As a Site Coordinator, you'll oversee the daily operations of our after-school program, ensuring a safe, engaging, and fun environment for students. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys mentoring staff, organizing activities, and fostering positive relationships with children and families.
Every day will bring something new, including:
Creating a welcoming space where children can unwind after school.
Leading hands-on activities like STEM projects, arts & crafts, and cooking.
Supporting homework time and encouraging a love for learning.
Organizing outdoor games and sports to keep kids active.
Communicating with parents and ensuring program quality.

Who We're Looking For:
Experience working with children (formal or informal, such as teaching, coaching, or volunteering).
Leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and guiding staff.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Previous supervisory experience in childcare or education is a plus!
Degree or college credits in the Education field is especially appreciated!
