About the Role:
We are supporting a direct-hire opportunity for a mission-driven organization that develops and delivers advanced defense systems. This position offers the chance to work on critical programs supporting security. The Systems Integration Engineer will lead and support end-to-end system integration, test planning, and troubleshooting across classified and unclassified environments.Responsibilities:

• Perform integration and test activities for complex defense and security systems
• Interface with engineering teams across hardware, software, and systems disciplines
• Develop and execute system-level test plans and procedures
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in lab and field environments
• Support verification, validation, and documentation efforts for system readiness
• Ensure compliance with DoD and internal security protocols

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. with an active Top Secret clearance (T5 Investigation)
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems integration or systems engineering
• Experience working on defense programs in a classified setting
• Proficiency in system testing, analysis, and lab-based troubleshooting
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Skills:

• Familiarity with C4ISR systems, radar, missile defense, or tactical networks
• Exposure to Agile development environments and DevSecOps tools
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
