Business Implementation Supervisor

This role is crucial for the ongoing operations of the EDPlan MTSS Product Line. As the Business Implementation Supervisor, you will:

  • Effectively manage contract implementations, including client interaction and comprehensive communication across all functional areas.
  • Set strategic direction for implementation projects, defining scopes and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Clearly communicate and document project deliverables and timelines to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure project tasks are executed on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs through appropriate verification techniques.
  • Proactively document, manage, and mitigate project risks.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff.
  • Capability to collaborate across all business areas.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with Asana or other web-based project management tools.
  • A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced project environment with a geographically dispersed team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years managing complex, multi-faceted projects from inception to delivery.

As per applicable law, PCG offers a compensation range of $80,000-$90,000 for this position. Additionally, benefits include medical and dental coverage, 401k, PTO, parental leave, and bereavement leave.
