Key Responsibilities:

• Exhibit strong technical acumen and effectively communicate architecture, design patterns, and coding quality with your team.
• Mentor and develop the technical and non-technical skills of team members, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and development of fault-tolerant software.
• Implement agile processes and best practices to streamline resource allocation and project management.
• Represent product capabilities to various stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of project commitments.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software development experience preferred.
• 5+ years in a technical management role.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Salary and Benefits:
