We are excited to invite a Salesforce Operations Engineer to spearhead our deployment lifecycle and ensure our Salesforce platform remains both scalable and compliant. If you thrive on building DevOps frameworks, optimizing deployment processes, and enhancing system audits and controls, this role is tailored for you!

In this position, you will:

• Oversee the Salesforce deployment lifecycle, managing CI/CD configurations, version control, and post-deployment validations.
• Implement and manage a Salesforce DevOps toolchain (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins) to meet compliance and security standards.
• Coordinate testing and ensure readiness across Admin and Developer teams.
• Document and uphold procedures for change management and deployment compliance.
• Act as the primary liaison during audits, addressing documentation requests and conducting system access reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement in release processes and audit preparedness.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 3-5+ years of expertise in Salesforce development, administration, or DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, or similar CI/CD solutions.
• A strong grasp of Salesforce metadata, deployment strategies, and sandbox environments.
• Familiarity with agile project management tools like Jira or Asana.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, particularly regarding governance and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, SOC 2) and change control documentation.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, DevOps Center Specialist).
• Experience designing or launching a DevOps strategy within Salesforce.
• A background in supporting platform audits or working in a regulated industry.

Salary Range: $99,500 to $136,800 - based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.
