Project Manager - Lead Hawaii's Heavy Civil & Commercial Projects | $120K-$160K | Statewide

Are you ready to take your construction project management career to the next level? Our client, a top-tier, employee-owned construction leader with over 100 years of experience, is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead complex heavy civil and commercial projects across Hawaii's islands.

What You'll Lead:

• Oversee all phases of major heavy civil and commercial construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget goals are met

• Collaborate closely with estimators, superintendents, engineers, owners, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Manage project schedules using P-6, Microsoft Project, and other tools, and proactively address risks and challenges

• Lead project teams to deliver excellence while maintaining strict compliance with local and federal regulations

• Identify and implement innovative solutions and cost-saving strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability

• Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and closeout packages

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent hands-on experience

• Minimum 4 years of practical construction experience, or 8 years equivalent

• Deep technical knowledge across multiple trades under your supervision

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse project teams

• Expertise in scheduling, estimating, negotiating, and contract administration

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software, and construction management tools

• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
