JOB SUMMARY

The ideal candidate must be a US Citizen due to contractual access requirements. We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Systems Analyst specializing in PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable to join our dynamic Product and Technology team. This key role involves leading the analysis, documentation, configuration, and implementation of business requirements for enhancements to the PeopleSoft AR application. You will ensure our solutions align with strategic business goals and comply with industry standards.

In this position, you will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the PeopleSoft AR product suite, which includes invoice processing, payment application, refunds, customer account maintenance, and managing client delinquency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engagement with customers, software engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand capability needs and develop comprehensive, quality business solutions for complex issues. Create and update deliverables such as business vision, requirements, testing plans, and user interface design.
  • Play an active role in the software development life cycle within agile scrum teams, taking various roles as required, including Scrum Master, Business Technical Analyst, and Tester.
  • Provide expert insight for both project and production activities concerning strategic programs that impact existing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with necessary standards and obtain all required approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business teams, vendors, and technical staff, to implement innovative solutions and maximize return on investment.
  • Lead testing initiatives, including test planning and defect management, to minimize production issues and analyze results in relation to customer impact.
  • Maintain exemplary communication with team members, customers, and management, including conducting requirement walkthroughs and project status reporting.
  • Offer thought leadership to drive strategic direction in Product and Technology Solutions and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field.

EXPERIENCE

Required:

  • 5 - 7 years in IS/IT.

Preferred:

  • 1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry.
  • 3 - 5 years in PeopleSoft Financials or a similar ERP system.

SKILLS

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SQL.

Travel Required: 0% - 5%

WORKING CONDITIONS

This position is remote. The role may require occasional training sessions and minor lifting up to 10 pounds.

Pay Range Minimum: $67,500.00

Pay Range Maximum: $126,000.00

Base pay reflects a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and market considerations.
