We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our rapidly growing practice, where you will have the opportunity to impact critical implementations across various phases including discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying customer requirements and developing essential front-end components and services.
• Contributing to business processes and solutions while ensuring quality metrics and risk management.
• Managing project deliverables, engagement economics, and resource plans.
• Participating in client sessions as a team member or leading workstreams.
• Travelling as needed to meet client demands while maintaining chargeability expectations.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages (Java or C#), SQL, JavaScript, XML, and HTML.
• Experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex and Visualforce.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of writing reliable and scalable code.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and application development tools.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Salesforce implementation.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification.
• A willingness to travel based on client needs.
• Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
