The P&O Expert will ensure the well support to the P&O Corporative team, collaborating in the implementation of strategical initiatives and acting as administrative support in the different P&O areas. Special focus on training, recruiting and internal communications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities
-Administrative support to the P&O Corporative Team with documents, translations, contracts with P&O suppliers, internal policies and parks request, invoices and budgets.
-Design and distribute internal communication for Spain, Roe and USA using CANVA, Sendinblue or other design tools.
-Assist with the recruiting process by identifying candidates and managing job posting.
-Support all internal and external P&O related inquiries or requests.
-Assist with performance management procedures.
-Organization of training for Headquarters and filing the documentation of those training for Fundae.
-Keep up to date with the latest P&O best practices.
Requirements
Education:
-Law/Economics/Human Resources degree
-HR Master will be valuable.
Languages:
-Spanish
-English Proficiency
Computer Skills: Working experience with Microsoft Office, Advance Excel and design tools.
Experience:
-1-2 years of experience in a generalist P&O position.
Others:
-High level of initiative and being able to work with low level of supervision
-Excellent communications and presentations skills
-Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
