Key Responsibilities for Culinary Team Members:

• Deliver outstanding dining experiences for guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling transactions at the register.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics throughout the establishment.
• Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food.
• Thrive in a fast-paced culinary environment, working in various roles including front counter, drive-through, or kitchen.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to meet daily goals in an enjoyable and positive atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Enjoy working with a friendly and helpful team.
• Operations experience is beneficial but not required.
• Some high school education.
• Food Handler certification may be necessary based on local regulations, at your expense.

Pay Range: $18 - $21 per hour

Please note individual pay rates are based on various factors, including your location and experience.

Working Conditions:

As a Culinary Team Member, you will often work in hot environments with steam and food vapors. You will be on your feet for long periods and may need to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. Our workspaces can be limited, and you may need to reach across counters to serve customers. A fast-paced environment requires effective communication, adaptability, and conflict management skills.
