Site Supervisor Role - HD Therapy Inc. in coordination with Spill The Tea Cafe (Site is Palama Settlement)

HD Therapy & Spill The Tea Cafe is seeking a Site Supervisor to serve on-site as part of a youth behavioral health collaboration with Palama Settlement. The Site Supervisor will provide day-to-day onsite oversight of MSW (Master's of Social Work) practicum interns, ensure quality service delivery and professional development in youth behavioral health support. This role is a 1099 Contractor position that will be contracted through Palama Settlement and is limited to the after-school programs at Palama and requires on-site presence from 2PM - 6PM on weekdays. This role involves managing a team, providing guidance and training, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards. Responsibilities include case management, staff training, and implementing service plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Management: Assigning and reviewing the work of social work staff, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Communication and Collaboration: Maintaining open communication with Palama site leadership and staff, HD Therapy's Program Coordinator and Clinical Lead, and MSW interns to facilitate on-site and referrals-out for youth behavioral health issues to Spill The Tea Cafe.
• Training and Development: Training staff on relevant policies, procedures, and best practices, and fostering professional growth.
• Case Management: Overseeing the delivery of services to clients, ensuring appropriate placement and interventions, and addressing complex cases.
• Quality Assurance: Monitoring service delivery, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports.

Day-to-Day Role:

• Providing day-to-day supervision to MSW practicum students.
• Overseeing delivery of trauma-informed, case management and supportive counseling for clients.
• Developing and implementing project goals, objectives and target deliverables.
• Facilitating crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
• Assisting Palama staff with behavioral health questions and implementation of best practices.
• Addressing any performance issues and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Participating in inter-agency collaboration and community outreach as needed.
• Serving as the liaison with Palama site leadership and staff, HD Therapy Program Coordinator and Clinical Lead, MSW interns and Spill The Tea Cafe (for direct referrals) to facilitate behavioral health framework.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Youth Development, Social Services, Health Sciences or other similar field - highly preferred
• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) - highly preferred
• Experience with youth behavioral health - highly preferred
• At least one year of experience supervising a team of older adolescents and adults
• Experience working with marginalized youth (highly preferred)
• Ability to travel daily to Site of Work listed below
• Ability to accommodate a daily on-site schedule of 2:00PM - 6:00PM (Monday - Friday)
• Completion of a background check
