Essential Duties

  1. Handle inbound customer calls in a courteous, timely, and professional manner, including email and live chat.
  2. Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues.
  3. Escalate customer issues to the appropriate staff and management for resolution as needed.
  4. Ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.
  5. Follow the processes of the Client program and perform all tasks courteously and professionally.
  6. Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions.
  7. Create and maintain customer CRM records with accurate call details.
  8. Accurately document call resolution in appropriate systems.
  9. Strictly follow client processes for handling financial issues and inquiries.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements may apply to some benefits and depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may include:
