First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a detail-oriented, engaging, customer-focused Retail Sales Intelligence Analyst to join our Retail Planning Department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the periodic data collection for sales management, sales incentive programs, and other data analytics essential to support the Division's sales initiatives and operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for receiving data, handling database queries, and generating custom reports to support branch sales performance dashboards, reporting, recognition, and sales campaigns. You will also serve as the coordinator and point person for the Champion's Circle Success Retreat.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is:
Officer: $70,000-$85,000/year plus bonus; commensurate with experience.
AVP: $85,000-$100,000/year plus bonus; commensurate with experience.
The offer level will be determined based on the candidate's experience.
