The Store Manager is responsible for leading their team on the sales floor, delivering a positive customer experience, meeting sales key performance indicators (KPIs), and merchandising the store to meet brand standards. Additionally, the Store Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing their team. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees all sales and operational activities of the store to ensure weekly and monthly sales objectives are met.
