Job Title: Mechanical Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

We seek an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Honolulu, HI. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in mechanical construction who are skilled at managing complex projects from conception to completion. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, and timeline.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, engineers, field personnel, and subcontractors.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations, codes, and quality standards.
• Participate in the estimation and bidding process for new projects.
• Prepare regular project reports and updates for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and project delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in mechanical construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or other mechanical systems commonly used in commercial or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in project management software
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A stable and consistent local work history is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• PMP certification is a plus.
