Job Description
Under the direction of the Director, the Temporary Talent Acquisition Associate provides comprehensive support across all operational aspects of the recruiting and onboarding process, as well as general HR administration. This role plays a vital part in executing full-cycle recruitment, coordinating onboarding activities, managing HR documentation, supporting internal communications, and assisting with team events. This is a temporary position anticipated to continue through the end of the year.
Essential Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and feedback collection.
- Manage onboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of pre-employment requirements, documentation, and orientation scheduling.
- Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Participate in external hiring efforts, including job fairs and community outreach events.
- Maintain accurate and organized hiring records, including document scanning, filing, and system updates.
- Respond to basic HR inquiries and support internal communication efforts related to hiring and onboarding.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including event logistics, announcements, and content contributions.
- Support team operations by contributing to process improvements, special projects, and maintaining internal resources like SharePoint.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, or equivalent experience required. Working knowledge of human resources, including talent acquisition and employment laws. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application: Word, Excel and PowerPoint and experience with Ceridian preferred.
