POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Chef, this position is primarily responsible for the accurate preparation and cooking of all food products, to ensure a consistently high quality product. This individual is also responsible in assisting the Chef in managing all daily operations of the kitchen and ensures that all equipment is in working condition and cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis.
