SAIC is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Environment Manager located at the Pacific Warfighting Center (PWC) on Ford Island, HI to support the USINDOPACOM . JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support the design, planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of joint simulation solutions focused on Joint Live Virtual and Constructive (JLVC) capabilities during USINDOPACOM JEP events, activities, and other assigned projects

• Serve as a critical Exercise Control Group (ECG) Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Expert and Architecture Manager, capturing operational needs and translating them into Joint Live, Virtual and Constructive (JLVC) requirements

• Identify joint simulation solutions, coordinate across multiple organizations and stakeholders to build the JLVC solution, architecture, and information flows

• Lead the M&S/JLVC Working Group during planning and manage roles of Environment Manager within the LVC Cell during event execution in support of the ECG Director

• Manage the federation of computer models to support ECG scenario/vignette needs and facilitate realistic information flow across the exercise architecture

• Lead test events and validate information flow and architecture during planning and execution

• Maintain a flexible demeanor and willingness to support other duties as needed

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree and five (5)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree

• Experience in building joint solutions (live - virtual - constructive) to support Joint Field Training Exercises (FTX) and other training events at the tactical and operational levels

• Experience with Combatant Command (COCOM) exercises

• Experience facilitating Joint M&S/LVC Working Groups to support exercises

• Experience with simulation federation management

• Familiarity with the Joint Training Manual and Joint Exercise Life Cycle

• Experience in building Simulation Test Plans

• Must be able to obtain a Passport and be willing to travel up to 25%

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

• Must have an Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance

• Must be a current US Citizen

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
