Job Duties

The Senior Systems Analyst role is to maintain the organization's repository of software applications through best practices and the appropriate staffing and management application vendors. The Senior Systems Analyst is also responsible for planning and coordinating the processes required for the provision of user applications and systems necessary for business operations. This individual will apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the user group on issues related to the mission-critical information and software systems while delivering exceptional end-user support for hotel management applications maintained by the IT department. In this role, the Senior Systems Analyst will manage and troubleshoot system interfaces across all locations, maintaining smooth data flow and swiftly resolving interface outages to minimize disruption. In addition, the Senior System Analyst oversee and coordinate third-party software support vendors, ensuring service levels are met and performance aligns with organizational expectations.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree or 3-4 years of a combination of industry education, training or experience preferred. Comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical staff members in person and at a distance by phone, video conference, email, and/or instant messenger. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to look at problems and issues from outside the box. Experience with Hospitality systems preferred: Oracle Opera PMS, ORS, OXI, POS, HotSOS.

In-office role based in Honolulu.

Base pay starts at $100,000- $110,000 with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant's skills, experience and/or education.
