Must-Have:
- Certification must be obtained within one (1) year of entrance into the position.
- One (1) year as a registered technologist in a medical imaging field employing cross-sectional imaging techniques.
- Knowledge of computers, medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Knowledge of MRI safety operations and capabilities.

Description:
Performs clinical diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and other procedures associated with the production of MRI images.
Provides patient care during procedures.
Essential physical demands include standing, sitting, walking, stooping, bending, finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking, lifting/carrying usual weights of 1 pound up to 30 pounds, and pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds.
Horizontal lift and carry up to 50 pounds is required, along with repetitive arm and wrist movement consistent with computer and mouse usage.
Occasional physical demands include kneeling, squatting, twisting the body, reaching above, at, and below shoulder height, and repetitive arm and hand motions.
Working conditions involve minimal exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
The role includes exposure to noise from MRI machines and working with a magnetic field.
Must be able to adjust the schedule for on-call coverage, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
