Job Purpose :
This position would be responsible for building a plan and going after the market (Condos, Sr. Housing, Dorms, Rental Portfolios new Developments on Hilo or Kona) with a triple play (dial tone, internet, and video) product offering and long term marketing partnerships agreements. In addition to going after this market, this position will need to build a team of sales and sales support people to respond to the needs of this department.
Essential Functions :
Negotiate bulk agreements and long term marketing agreements with MDU residential rental portfolio partners
Build and maintain long lasting relationships within the rental property management industry
Cold call and prospect new business
Work with finance, product and legal on large commercial agreements
Build and maintain a 0-18 month sales funnel
Education :
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses :
Must possess a valid driver's license
Relevant Work Experience :
5 to 7 years in related field
Previous experience in sales, sales management, sales development previous supervisory experience. Experience in telecommunications industry a plus
Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Demonstrated ability to negotiate large commercial agreements
Supervisory Responsibility :
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities
Work Environment :
Must be able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
Work may be performed in various locations across the greater Hawaii area
Salary range: $60,000-$90,000
