The Hawai‘i Pacific Health Medical Group is comprised of over 700 employed physicians and advanced practice providers. Whether you're an executive or an assistant, overseeing clinical operations or customer care, you help to provide essential services for our facilities and fiscal and organizational responsibility for the organization as a whole.

If you are positive, proactive and highly detail-oriented, you could be the ideal candidate for our Executive Assistant position. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to our executive leadership. We are looking for someone motivated and self-directed, with excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills, and a commitment to our vision of delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i's people.

Work Schedule: Day - 8 Hours

Exempt: Yes

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Five (5) years secretarial experience in an administrative setting. Valid driver's license and abstract. Current Hawai'i auto insurance.

Preferred Qualifications: Hospital or health care experience supporting corporate leadership.
