This position is fully in-person on Oahu. Handle inbound phone calls from customers and employees. Answer inquiries by providing information and conducting research. Resolve problems by exploring solutions and researching issues. Dispatch appropriate emergency services as needed. Monitor video feeds. Document events accurately for records. Additional skills and qualifications include: call center experience preferred, previous customer service experience required, dependable, reliable, and trustworthy, people-oriented, adaptable and flexible, and detail-oriented.
Schedule: Requires 7 days/week and holiday availability. Full time position only. Shift options include: 8am-4:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, and 10pm-6:30am. Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
