Greets guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo and offer Leis. Escorts guests to the front desk and introduce guest to the Front Desk Agent. Maintains detailed records of all luggage deliveries, guest room deliveries, amenity/wedding deliveries and all necessary back up. Assists Door attendant in retrieving valet tickets. Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions. Arrange for taxis or resort vehicle transportation as needed. Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc. Greets all guests passing through the lobby and offers them assistance.
