Trial Attorney - Personal Injury

The successful candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, engage with clients, and advocate in trials, ensuring favorable outcomes. This role requires a proactive approach and a commitment to client service.
Duties
- Manage approximately 150 cases, with 50 in active litigation monthly.
- Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients.
- Conduct depositions, draft motions, and lead mediations.
- Serve as lead counsel in jury trials.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in personal injury or civil litigation; 5-8 years preferred.
- Active and in good standing with the local State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred.
- At least 5+ first chair trial verdicts; 10+ preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Hawaii.
Skills
- Strong legal acumen and trial experience.
- Ability to develop comprehensive case strategies.
- Proficient in using legal technology and resources.
