What You'll Do

As a key player on our Estimating Team, you'll:

• Perform on-site take-offs to accurately assess project scopes and conditions
• Attend bid walks and pre-bid meetings to gather critical field intel
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates based on project plans, specs, and site findings
• Review subcontractor bids, material pricing, and historical data to develop competitive proposals
• Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between estimating, pre-construction, and operations
• Continuously look for smarter, more efficient ways to deliver value

What You Bring

• 2-5 years of estimating experience in construction
• A deep understanding of construction means, methods, materials, and costs
• Experience preparing take-offs and scopes for large-scale exterior repair projects preferred
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Tech-savviness and proficiency in estimating software (we'll train you if needed)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or PMP certification)
• Must already reside on Oahu, Hawaii

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
