As the Senior Property Manager, you will be in charge of the following:

• Manage a portfolio of 100-150 residential properties, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations
• Oversee rent collections, invoice approvals, and financial reporting for assigned properties
• Supervise and mentor administrative and property management support staff
• Build strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal departments

Requirements:

• Active Hawaii Real Estate Salesperson License (Required)
• Residential property management experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi preferred)
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid Hawaii driver's license
