This position, under the supervision of a Liquor Control Investigator III, is part of a team that inspects and conducts investigations where intoxicating liquors are manufactured, sold, and/or consumed and enforces Chapter 281 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS 281) and the Rules of the Liquor Commission. This position ascertains that liquor establishments are complying with terms and conditions of their respective licenses. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Independently conducting investigations of liquor law violations reported by the public, indicated by police reports, or otherwise brought to the attention of the Liquor Commission and assigned to the incumbent by a supervisor.
