Reporting to the Director of Education and Development, the Regional Education and Development Manager is responsible for executing innovative training programs to support operations. This position is also responsible for supporting training and operations initiatives within their region, which includes new restaurant openings (NRO), manager and team member development programs, MIT (manager-in-training) training programs, Certified Trainer Program This position is also responsible for acting as the liaison between the department and operations, becoming an expert on all aspects of Zippys Restaurants operations, training tools, and programs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Validates in-restaurant training and provides timely feedback appropriately.
