The Honolulu Emergency Services Department, Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Division is seeking individuals with EMT background for two (2) Emergency Medical Technician III (Communications Center Coordinator) positions in the EMS dispatch center. You will be an integral part of the EMS team by receiving that first 911 call, assisting the callers by providing important pre-arrival life saving instructions, and dispatching an ambulance to respond to 911 emergency calls to administer pre-hospital emergency care. The information which you provide will assist in the coordination of emergency ambulance units responding to the accident or medical scene and could save a life.
