This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the fundamentals of governmental human resources work, specifically in the area of talent assessment and examination. What You'll Do. Learn and actively be involved in the City's recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, assisting with interviews, and conducting employment suitability background checks. Assist with planning, administering and scoring civil service examinations and tests. Work closely with City departments to analyze the variety of jobs within the City to assist in filling vacancies.
