This role will lead a team of individuals responsible for the design, implementation, execution and ongoing support of our Salesforce CRM deployment supporting the sales and marketing deployments within Pharma Distribution.
Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, pain points, and goals and build out the roadmap for Salesforce CRM.
Gather requirements from different stakeholders and teams within the business.
Own product definition and roadmap. Define and manage priority features in support of sales strategy
Act independently with little direction to understand and continually optimize the customer and user experience anticipating future needs as well as current needs.
Build features that reduce friction in the sales process and directly enhance sales team effectiveness. Develop strategies and plans to drive end user adoption and optimization.
Collaborate closely with sales, reporting, operations and training teams to inform product design and deliver features end-to-end including driving adoption and seeking iterative feedback
Provide insight to inform strategic planning in collaboration with Sales Management
May have project management responsibility.
Develop strong working relationships with business stakeholders to understand top priorities for their business units; communicate status of critical work in progress; mitigate impediments
Support the business by applying cross functional subject matter expertise of business process, systems, and integration to facilitate continuous improvement and innovation
Clearly describe the business and KPI impact of planned and delivered developments
Provide leadership to the stakeholders and other business partner teams throughout the project
Qualifications
12+ years of experience, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Previous Salesforce implementation experience required
Previous experience in the healthcare industry, preferred
Experience working in and improving Marketing and Sales Operations and processes, lead to service lifecycle management
Ability to travel up to 25%
