Resolves guest concerns and interacts with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Frequently tours the hotel and monitors activities of all other departments to assure that standards are being met, staff is being supported and guest needs are fulfilled. Reviews late arrivals, next day early arrivals and departures to plan for the next days activities, in addition to facilitating billing requirements. Audits room blocks and address any discrepancies. Prepares proper handling of special attention guests, return guest, groups, etc. Responds properly in any resort emergency or safety situation. Works harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors. Preferred Qualifications and Skills. Minimum Two Years Luxury Experience in Hospitality desired. Cultural sensitivity to Hawaii and its workforce.
