Nurture the garden and your career Horticulturist wanted at the Honolulu Botanical GardensThe Department of Parks and Recreation is hiring a Horticulturist to plan, coordinate, and direct the curatorial and horticultural program for the Honolulu Botanical Gardens (HBG) encompassing approximately 25,000 plant accessions within Foster, Koko Crater, Liliuokalani, Hoomaluhia, and Wahiawa Botanical Gardens. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Identifying projects and improvements, determining priorities, and developing standards for the development and maintenance of the plant collection with a priority on Foster and Liliuokalani Botanical Gardens.
