The Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, Purchasing Division, is seeking a Procurement & Specifications Specialist to join our team in Honolulu. Depending on qualifications and experience, this position may be filled at either the Procurement & Specifications Specialist II, III, or IV level. Key Responsibilities:Perform procurement duties and develop standards and specifications for commodities and services within the City's centralized purchasing program. At II level ($4,590/month), handle routine procurement and standards development work. At III level ($4,961/month), independently perform moderately difficult procurement tasks and establish standards for non-technical or less complex commodities and services. At IV level ($5,369/month), independently manage the full range of procurement activities, including developing standards and specifications for highly technical and complex commodities and services.
