Utility Person

Servco is looking for a Utility Person to assist our Port Operations Supervisor with receiving, prepping and delivery of new and used Subaru vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and perform all incoming and outgoing shipment processes
• Safely receive, fuel, and park vehicles as they arrive at the storage facility
• Prepare all fleet returns prior to the delivery dates
• Install approved accessories and FSA fits and prepare vehicles for delivery within one day of receiving request from our customers
• Provide periodic inventory count and ensure all vehicles, keys and parts are accounted for and properly organized
• Assist Port Operations Supervisor when he/she is not available

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Automotive technical training preferred
• Lot Attendant or port operations experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card within one month of start date in order to work at VPC (manager will assist with this process)
• Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission for a variety of vehicle sizes
• Computer literate with excellent communication skills
• Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills and Oracle knowledge preferred
• Detail oriented, team player, and self-motivated
• Reliable and takes pride in their work
