Bishop & Company is seeking a Part-Time Call Center Representative to support the Customer Relations team for a statewide organization. This is a temporary role expected to last up to 12 months and will focus on managing outage and trouble calls from customers. We are looking for individuals with prior customer service phone experience who thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, particularly during emergency events.
