Provides advanced knowledge of compliance with 340 B Program guidelines, including accounting and proper audit controls and guidance on implementation of controls using principals recommended by Corporate Compliance and Legal Services departments. - Compliance responsibilities include monitoring and routine auditing of virtual inventory accumulation, purchasing procedures, Medicaid billing procedures, patient eligibility, new areas of service, and the overall quality of the 340 B Program. - Works closely with the QHS Corporate Compliance and Legal Services departments to update the QHS 340 B Patient Definition. - Assists with marketing the 340 B Program to departments and providers.
