Job Details

Servco is looking for an Accountant to join our Corporate Reporting team! This position is responsible for managing the company's cash management systems and processes. This includes overseeing bank accounts, financing arrangements, and providing cash management reporting to support management's operational and investment decisions.

Responsibilities:

* Manage cash balances to maximize earnings while ensuring sufficient funds for operational needs

* Provide timely and strategic treasury reporting to Executive Management through Kyriba and other data sources, including bank websites and systems. Reports are to be completed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually based on established deadlines

* Build, execute, and monitor internal controls related to cash management, including user access, bank account services, authorized users, and other administrative activities. Ensure processes and controls are documented and executed

* Complete daily cash management tasks to meet bank and other deadlines, including managing positive pay decisions and reviewing and approving payments (wire transfers, ACH, checks, bank transfers)

* Prepare financial reports and schedules and perform ad hoc analysis as requested

* Collaborate with fund accountants on monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting

* Assist with the preparation of debt compliance schedules, proforma, and other related analysis

* Support the Corporate Reporting team with other administrative, accounting, and reporting tasks

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

* Minimum 2 years of progressive accounting work experience which should include financial statement preparation and cash management

* CPA preferred

* Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel formulas and pivot tables

* Oracle Financial Cloud and Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close experience preferred

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
