This role will support business analysis initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs, and ensure the successful implementation of strategic projects. Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities.

Oversee the development of reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making.

Ensure alignment of business strategies with data-driven insights.

Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring effective project execution.

Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.

Specific Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives.

Work closely with IT and development teams to implement system enhancements.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting and analytics.

Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance business processes.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in business analysis, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
