As a Security Specialist with AMERICAN SYSTEMS you will have the opportunity to do the following:Administer and coordinate DoD and other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Provides guidance and support to staff members concerning all security administrative functions, such as personnel security, information and system security, COMSEC, and physical security to ensure compliance with standards. Provides administrative security support associated with the receipt, distribution, inventory, reproduction, and disposition of classified material. May act as Top Secret Control Officer (TSCO) for projects. Administers and maintains physical security procedures for visitor control, employee identification, and safeguarding of company facilities, equipment, materials, and employee property.
