A Day in the Life: The primary mission of the High Volume Talent Acquisition Partner is to source and attract a diversified pool of high talent within Operations. Based on volume and business demands, this savvy individual consults with key stakeholders to identify the qualified talent, while managing a full-cycle recruitment desk. This position requires critical and strategic thinking as well as strong recruiting, sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills. This position is a hybrid position on of any of the Hawaiian Islands. Salary: $65,000/annually. Posting open until position is filled.
