The role of the Resident and Administrative Assistant is essential in this development. The person in this position will be charged with the responsibility of modeling and providing hands-on experience for delegates in the program. The key function of this position will be to form and give participatory supervision to ministry teams, with the ultimate goal of developing core competencies in spiritual disciplines and urban and world missions. The person filling this role must possess high organizational skills, a tremendous work ethic and a heart for this ministry.
